This week: Brock Lesnar takes a unique guided tour of the WWE Headquarters. If WWE sold guided tours where you could smash up an office with a HHH sledgehammer at the end, big potential revenue stream. Just an idea. Plus, an NXT tag team title change, Mark Henry kicking ass and pulling trucks, Antonio Cesaro puts at least one of the Ws in WWE and Great Khali puts in the E.

RAW

– Cena came out and did his thing. He claimed he’d face Ryback at Extreme Rules no matter what and as long as he was cleared, his job was to compete. Vickie interrupted and brought Ryback out to discuss the stipulation for Extreme Rules. They eventually agreed on a Last Man Standing Match.

Randy Orton d. Damien Sandow in 5:48. Before the match, Sandow sung a song to the tune of Orton’s theme insulting him and promising victory. It was delightful. Orton started hot and was on top for most of the match, before winning with an RKO. After the match, Big Show attacked Orton on the stage, off camera.

R-Truth d. Fandango by count out in 1:35. Jericho came out before the match. He had a seperate judging table set up outside and invited Brodus and Tensai to help judge. Fandango had Fandango dancer number one back this week. He demanded to know who ‘Christopher’ was to judge him since he failed on Dancing With The Stars. Fandango walked out in disgust when R-Truth got 10s from the judges.

– Josh tried to interview Bryan about The Shield. To show he was fine, he challenged Ryback, who showed up and told Bryan no for his own sake. So Kane challenged him instead and Ryback accepted.

Alberto Del Rio d. Dolph Ziggler by DQ in 11:41. Swagger and Colter showed up mid way through the match to watch and Swagger had a brief face off with Big E. Zeb then joined commentary. The match was good save for a couple of awkward moments. Alberto got the cross armbreaker but AJ distracted the referee and Big E pulled Alberto out. He threw Alberto into Swagger, who responded by using a ladder on Ricardo, Ziggler and Alberto.

– Kaitlyn spoke with The Funkadactyls backstage. They and Natalya wanted to know who her secret admirer was. Whoever it was quoted Ralph Wiggum so he’s a winner. Natalya brought Khali in and suggest he go undercover. Khali didn’t want to be a stooge, but gave in. When everyone left, The Bellas appeared having heard everything.

The Shield d. Kofi Kingston and The Usos (Ambrose pinned Kofi) in 6:41. The Shield had a few problems when Kofi ran wild, but recovered to win when Rollins pushed Kofi off the ropes and Ambrose hit his side headlock driver.

Antonio Cesaro d. Zack Ryder in 2:02. Cesaro won decisively with the Neutraliser and demanded more competition, saying he put the ‘W’ in WWE and nobody could hold a candle to what he did in the ring.

– Heyman, via satellite, showed footage of he and Brock Lesnar showing up at WWE World Headquarters and destroying Triple H’s office. Heyman said he was always the one who discouraged Lesnar to stop destroying people, but at Extreme Rules he’d be encouraging him to go further. Triple H appeared in the arena. He accused Heyman and Lesnar of only going there on a Monday because they knew he wasn’t there. He said he wasn’t hard to find and dared Lesnar to step into his ‘other’ office, the ring, with him where he’d be around to fight back.

Kaitlyn and The Funkadactyls d. AJ and The Bellas (Kaitlyn pinned AJ) in 2:44. AJ slapped Kaitlyn and went to tag out but the Bellas jumped off the apron, leaving AJ to get speared.

– Henry came out. He said Sheamus acted tough, but he didn’t need to act. Henry challenged him to a match at Extreme Rules. Sheamus came out and accepted, saying they didn’t have to wait. But Sheamus had a match.

Sheamus d. Wade Barrett in 4:39. Henry did commentary. Sheamus threatened to throw Barrett into Henry causing him to flinch, then gave him a Brogue Kick as he went after him. After Sheamus won with the Brogue Kick, Henry recovered and jumped Sheamus, whipping him repeatedly with a belt he grabbed from someone who was checking on him. He then gave Sheamus a World’s Strongest Slam on the floor.

Ryback d. Kane in 5:09. After Ryback won clean with Shell Shocked, The Shield made their way out. Bryan ran out to protect Kane but Ryback left the ring, so Cena ran out to help. Ryback came back in with a chair and helped ward The Shield off, but then laid Cena out with the chair.

MAIN EVENT

Randy Orton d. Antonio Cesaro in 15:30. Crowd were into Orton. Cesaro sent Orton off the top to the floor to take control. Orton was stopped in mid comeback and Cesaro tried a german suplex off the apron. Orton hung on but missed a leap off the apron and went into the barrier. Orton hit a big superplex but Cesaro came back with an armbar. Eventually, Cesaro countered an RKO and hit the pop up uppercut for two, then Orton hit a surprise RKO for the win.

Justin Gabriel and The Usos d. 3MB (Gabriel pinned Drew) in 8:49. Big moment of this match was 3MB catching Gabriel as he tried a dive, but Jimmy diving onto the pile. Gabriel caught Drew with a swinging DDT and hit the 450 for the pin.

NXT

Damien Sandow d. Baron Corbin in 3:08. Yes, Baron Corbin. Sandow won with a new move, The Silencer and challenged Big E for the NXT Title.

Paige d. Bayley in 4:59. Bayley played heel here and used a few hairpulls, which Paige gave back before finishing her off with the Paige Turner. Afterwards Summer Rae ran in and jumped Paige from behind.

– Sandow interrupted an interview with Big E and formally challenged him. Big E posed him a maths problem and got Sandow to say five repeatedly.

Sakamoto and Briley Pierce went to a no contest when Conor O’Brien interfered. They actually referenced Briley as Dolph Ziggler’s brother here. Not sure if that’s a first. Anyway, Conor showed up and destroyed them both pretty quickly. Briley and Sakamoto were interviewed by Renee afterwards and they issued a challenge to Conor for next week.

Kassius Ohno d. Camacho in 6:13. Camacho wore Ohno down for much of the match. Ohno fought back and won with the Kassius Clutch, which is like a crossface but with a cravat instead. He apologised to Regal after the match, but was interrupted by the Wyatt Family making their entrance and almost bumped into Bray, who distracted him for Rowan and Harper to attack, then gave him a flatliner on the stage.

NXT Tag Team Championship: The Wyatt Family d. Adrian Neville and Bo Dallas (c) (Harper pinned Bo) in 10:50 to win the titles. Bo was the fill in partner for an injured Oliver Grey. The crowd were down on Bo again. The champions, or makeshift champions, fared well early. Neville took out Rowan with a corkscrew dive and hit the 360 shooting star but Rowan broke the pin. Neville was then isolated, before Bo made a comeback. In the end Bo was sent into Neville, before Harper hit a spinning clothesline to win the titles.

SMACKDOWN

– Jericho hosted the Highlight Reel, with Ryback as his guest. Jericho said he knew where Ryback was coming from. He said he wasn’t judging Ryback, but the fans were. Jericho claimed if Ryback won at Extreme Rules, he’d lose everyone’s respect by doing it the way he was doing. Teddy came out and booked them in the main event, before Ryback hit Jericho with a sucker punch.

Kofi Kingston d. Cody Rhodes in 3:28. Kofi won, catching Cody in mid Disaster Kick with Trouble In Paradise

– Renee interviewed Zeb and Swagger. Mostly Zeb. He said Swagger made a statement on Raw and he’d make another one on Big E tonight and that winning the World Title was the first step to taking their country back.

– Swagger and Big E never started as Del Rio, who was on commentary, slid a ladder into the ring before the match. Big E and Swagger fought over it until Colter helped out. Ziggler took out Swagger and Colter, before Del Rio delivered a superkick and hit him and Swagger with the ladder. Somewhere in here Ziggler suffered a concussion, possibly from a Swagger kick.

Dean Ambrose d. Daniel Bryan by DQ in 9:05. Bryan took the fight to Ambrose from the start. Bryan took Ambrose out with a dive before Ambrose got control. Ambrose posted his shoulder allowing Bryan to fight back. When Bryan applied the NO Lock Rollins distracted the referee and Kane, allowing Reigns to break it up. As Kane fought with Reigns and Rollins, Kofi ran in and attacked Ambrose and helped clear the ring of The Shield.

– Outside Mark Henry was shown breaking a world record, pulling two tractor trailers. Among the wrestlers outside cheering him on was Sandow in his robe, which amused me. He took two attempts but couldn’t move them, but did it third time around.

– Renee interviewed Orton, allowing them to finally show Big Show knocking him out on Raw, unless I missed a replay somehwere. Orton said there’d be no antidote to what he did to Big Show at Extreme Rules.

Big Show d. Tensai in 0:50. Show won with a single KO punch after Tensai put up an early fight. He then gave Brodus a spear and teased a KO punch, but Orton ran in and hit an RKO.

– AJ and Kaitlyn had a catty conversation backstage. Natalya warned AJ off before Khali walked in, in an ill fitting Rey Mysterio mask, ‘undercover’. He helpfully revealed it was actually him. He then reappeared with a moustache, which was apparently his Cody Rhodes disguise.

Chris Jericho d. Ryback by DQ in 11:28. Ryback controlled things for a while. For some reason Josh was shilling for Ryback all match. Weird. And annoying. Jericho put up a fight late on and managed to get him in the Walls but Ryback got to the ropes. Jericho hit a Codebreaker but it knocked Ryback outside. When Jericho went after him, Ryback crotched him into the ring post for a crappy DQ finish. Ryback knocked Jericho over the announce table with a clothesline afterwards.
