The returning Kimber Lee (formerly Abbey Laith of NXT) recently did an interview with the All Night Long Wrestling Podcast (@allnightlongwp). Below are some quotes from the interview:

On her infamous match with Chris Dickinson from Beyond Wrestling: “It was something that both of us agreed upon to entertain the fans. I had been at Beyond Wrestling and winning for 16 months, without a loss, and I was the only female on the roster. It was going to be my first loss, so we wanted to make it a big deal, and we did, and then the world kind of blew up about it and we just kind of watched it happen.”

Her experience in the Mae Young Classic: “It will definitely go down as one of the greatest things I’ve ever been a part of in my life, especially to be in the first one too. It was just such an awesome an experience. We taped up until the ending in two days at Full Sail. Seeing all the competitors from all over the world, some of them being my friends too, it just overall was a great thing and I am happy that I got to be a part of it.”

One match people should watch of her: “Me against Keith Lee, and against Drew Gulak. I had a match against Asuka also before she went to WWE that people can check out on YouTube as well.”

On going back to Shine Wrestling: “I will be at Shine 50, down in Ybor City, Florida, challenging LuFisto for the championship, and I hope to be at Shine 51 in New York as the champion.”
