Lucha Central has learned that AAA wrestler Texano Jr has filed a lawsuit against El Rey Network and Baba-G Productions which are Lucha Underground’s network and production company respectively. The lawsuit is almost identical to Fantasma’s which is seeking actual and putative damages. It also alleges that Texano hasn’t been paid by Lucha Underground since 2016.
This follows the report from Pro Wrestling Sheet that El Hijo del Fantasma is seeking damages in an initial lawsuit and a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of Fantasma, Ivelisse, Joey Ryan and Thunder Rosa (Kobra Moon) to assist in them getting out of their Lucha Underground contracts.
