The first title defense of the AEW World Championship will take place on the 3rd Episode of AEW on TNT. It will either be Chris Jericho or Hangman Adam Page defending the title for the first time against a challenger. The event takes place on October 16 from the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, PA
