AEW issued the following several allegations against Jimmy Havoc:
We wish Jimmy Havoc all the best as he receives treatment and counseling in an effort to overcome the mental health and substance abuse challenges in his life. We are aware of various reports related to Jimmy. We are evaluating his status with our company and will address it when he has successfully completed his rehabilitation.
A woman who had a previous relationship with Havoc detailed a verbally abusive relationship with Havoc who was characterized as unstable. She also wrote another story about a rape allegation from another woman. The other women wrote that Havoc raped her after repeatedly saying no while both shared a bed.
An assault allegation came from a man stating Havoc punched him at a PROGRESS wrestling event.
