AAW Take No Prisoners Results – Friday May 7, 2021 – 115 Bourbon Street Merrionette Park, IL

1.  Jake Something defeated La Sociedad De Boricua (Alex Rico y Rico De La Vega) in a Two On One Handicap Match after a Black Hole Slam (3:39)  After the match Something challenged the winner of the Yehi/Warner match for June 11.

2.  Hakim Zane defeated Dante Leon with the rings of saturn submission (11:30)

Backstage:  The Besties in the World discussed their matches tonight when John E. Bravo introduced himself and offered his managerial services to Davey Vega.  

3.  Allysin Kay defeated Skye Blue after the AK-47 <sitout yokosuka cutter> (10:50)

Backstage:  Gia LeAnne Miller <GLAM> came into a room where Mance Waner and Matthew Justice were drinking light beers and offered her services to Justice and Manders as a “glamanager.”  Mancer then talked about his match with Yehi saying Yehi “had it coming”

4.  In a great back and forth heated match – ACH defeated Davey Vega after a brainbuster  (12:55).  After the match Davey Vega got the mic and said he had some business to talk about with “manger of champions” John E. Bravo.  Vega shook Bravo’s hand to make a deal

Backstage:  inFAMy (Deonn Rusman & Joeasa) was looking for a fight and wanted Manders and Justice tonight.

5.  Myron Reed defeated Mat Fitchett to retain the AAW Heritage Championship after hitting Fitchett with CAPP’n CRUNCH <air-raid crash>.  Another great match.  (second defense – 10:10)

Backstage:  Hakim Zane noted he took a high flyer earlier tonight and clipped his wings and how he will be doing the same thing to Myron once Myron stops ducking him and will take back his Heritage Championship

6.  Schaff interrupted a match between Damien Chambers and Jason Page and the monster destroyed both men.  Pinning both of them at the same time after powerbombing Page on top of Chambers.  (3:23)  The king of the northwest put everyone in the back on notice using colorful language.

7.  The Second Gear Crew (Manders & Matthew Justice) defeated inFAMy (Deonn Rusman & Joeasa) after an Iowa Stampede off the top rope by Manders and a big splash by Justice on Rusman. (19:21)  An absolute physical match and splendid brawl.

Backstage:  Fred Yehi noted there has been more than enough talking about his match with Mance for the Heavyweight Championship claiming tonight it would be a war.

8.  Lio Rush defeated The Laredo Kid in an early Match of the Year contender with a spinning 360 Tomikaze.  (15:30)  Go watch this match now!  Insane!

Backstage:  La Sociedad De Boricua (Alex Rico y Rico De La Vega) started speaking in Spanish but talked about people being uneducated and not knowing Spanish.  They were looking for a fight when Schaff gave them one.  Schaff wasn’t happy.  

8.  Ace Austin & Madman Fulton defeated Gringo Loco & his mystery parter Trey Miguel to retain the AAW Tag Team Championship after Austin pinned Loco.  Ace Austin cut a promo in the ring wanted someone else to challenge them – out came Manders and Justice to throw hands with the tag champs.  (third defense – 10:57)

9.  In the war Yehi promised earlier in the night – a beaten down and bloody Mance Warner defeated Fred Yehi to retain the AAW Heavyweight Championship.  Yehi controlled the pace of the match and it was a brutal assault of Warner.  The crimson flowed from Warner freely.  The end of the match came Yehi went for his Koji Clutch when Warner turned it over for the pinfall.  After the match Yehi attacked Mance with a chair and choked him further until Manders and Justice saved Warner.  After helping Warner up, Jake Something came out on the stage and motioned how he wanted the title as he stared down the AAW Heavyweight champion. (sixth defense – 21:06)
