Chris Dickinson was injured at Saturday night’s NJPW Battle in the Valley event in San Jose after hitting a frog splash off the top rope. The injury happened during a tag match with Brody King against Bateman and Misterioso. Following the match, Dickinson had to be stretchered out to the back. Dickinson later tweeted out, “Need every and all positive vibes in the world right now. Please.”
This morning Dickinson gave everyone an update regarding the injury. He is said to have dislocated his leg out of his hip socket. He is set to ungo surgery within the next 24 hours. The timeline of recovery given for this injury is 6 months but Dickinson states that he will return to the ring as fast as possible. The full statement can be read in the tweet below.
