On July 22nd, Killer Kelly tweeted out that she is now accepting bookings. Today Kelly has been announced for her first independent wrestling match in nearly one year.

The former NXT UK star and current Impact Knockout made her return to a wrestling ring Saturday July 16th during an Impact TV taping. Kelly had taken a brief hiatus from wrestling due to having issues with her breathing, unrelated to Covid.

Her last match before the break for was New Texas Pro Wrestling on September 25th in a match against now WWE NXT signee Rok-C. She also made her return to television on the July 28th episode of Impact.

Kelly will now be making her return to independent wrestling as well as making her DEFY Wrestling debut. She will be taking on the welcoming committee of Ava Lawless. This will all go down at DEFY Wrestling’s “Doomsayers” later this month. The historic Washing Hall in Seattle, Washington will house the event on Saturday August 20th.

Also signed for Doomsayers is Killer Kross vs. Yuya Uemura and Alex Shelley vs. Cody Chhun. Tickets are currently on sale.
