MLW’s Underground Wrestling premiered on Reelz Tuesday night with the highly anticipated Last Man Standing Match between Champion Alex Hammerstone & EJ Nduka. Here are the results from this show.

The show opens with Matt Striker in the ring introducing Jacob Fatu. They cut to a clip showing how Fatu won the Battle Riot match to secure himself a championship title match. Fatu takes the mic and said how he loves being back in Philly. He states he wants his title match against Hammerstone at the Superfight Event in Philly.

Real 1 interrupts saying how he really won the Battle Riot. He starts insulting the fans, Fatu, and his family. He said Jacob’s family are all bitches and he is a poor version of Rikishi. Jacob heard enough and came out of the ring to confront him. Officials were able to get down to the ring in time to keep them apart and walk Fatu up the ramp to the back. This is while the crowd is chanting “Fatu’s gonna get you”!

Real 1 continues to run his mouth in the ring and insult the fans. With that, Mance Warner comes down to the ring. The crowd is excited to see Mance and start chanting “Mancer”. Real 1 goes to the outside of the ring and keeps talking. With persistence from the crowd, Real 1 reluctantly gets into the ring for a match with Warner.

Real 1 vs Mance Warner

The bell rings and Warner hits Real 1 with one shot and knocks him out. The referee calls for the bell and the match is over. They go to a commercial break. Coming back from the commercial break, Real 1 is still at ringside upset and throwing chairs into the ring before finally making his way up the ramp to the back.

We then get a video package showing the history of Alex Hammerstone & EJ Nduka and what brought us to this Main Event match tonight.

Alex Kane & The Bomaye Fight Club come down to the ring. We get a recap of how the Opera Cup was stolen and now is in Kane’s possession. Kane gets on the mic and starts cutting a promo. He takes out a Philly cheese steak and proceeds to go outside the ring and slap a fan in the face with it that said he sucks.  He then circles around and goes back to the fan to beat up on him some more before entering the ring again.

Kane says the Bomaye Fight Club finally has his Opera Cup because it is his tournament. He brings out envelopes of cash and challenges anyone in the back to come out who wants this work. The Marvelous Jafar makes his way out.

Alex Kane vs The Marvelous Jafar

Kane attacks him before the bell. He hits him with suplex after suplex and various versions of them. Jafar struggles to get to his feet and gets grabbed for an Exploder suplex into the turnbuckles, the ref stops the match. This does not stop Kane from hitting a German suplex before kicking him out to the floor.

Kane said he’s just getting warmed up, who else wants to get what he got? Davey Boy Smith Jr comes out and takes out the Bomaye Fight Club one by one. However Myron Reed comes out from the back and attacks Smith. The Billington Bulldogs come to Smith’s defense, as it becomes a full brawl with officials coming down a second time to ringside to now try to break this fight up. We go to a commercial break.

We get a commercial teasing Lio Rush’s return soon. The announce team recaps with video replay of what happened on the show so far. Also Real 1 demanded a rematch with Mance Warner. It is announced that the match has been made and it will be a Street Fight on next week’s show.

We then go to EJ Nduka backstage cutting a promo calling out Fatu. He states he’s about to destroy Hammerstone and on February 4th, he’s going to destroy Fatu.

We then see a clip of AO– join or die. Mads Krugger is down in backstage area with an OV calling card on his chest.

Next Alex Hammerstone is in the Bet Online Studio cutting a promo. He says EJ has the biggest ego in the locker room, but the least amount of time in the business. He says tonight he’s doing it for the fans, himself, and the boys in the back.

We got a montage showing past MLW World Champions. They then go to the tale of the tape for the main event.

Last Man Standing Match For MLW World Title – Alex Hammerstone (c) vs EJ Nduka

Nduka hits Hammerstone with the belt to start off the match. Hammerstone beats the count and quickly gains his composure. He delivers two back body drops on Nduka showing his awesome power.  They go to a commercial break.

Coming back from the break, both competitors are outside the ring using every weapon at their disposal. The match goes back into the ring but ends up right back on the outside. They go to another commercial break.

We come back from the break with both wrestlers in the ring, along with makeshift tables and chairs. Hammerstone gets spinebustered through the table. The ref’s count reaches 9 before Hammerstone is able to get up. EJ stomps him down in the corner and gets a chain from under the ring. EJ wraps the chain around Hammerstone’s wrists and legs, then proceeds to chain him to the ringpost. Hammerstone breaks free from the chain and changes the momentum of the match. Hammerstone spears Nduka through a table set up in the corner, however EJ beats the count. Hammerstone then hits EJ with a jumping pump kick. He grabs him and hits him with Nightmare Pendulum. Hammerstone stacks the tables on EJ along with chairs. The ref’s count hits 10 and Alex Hammerstone successfully defends his title!

While Hammerstone is celebrating his win, Jacob Fatu comes out and stands at the top of the ramp. Hammerstone exits the ring and has a stare down with Fatu, as they end the night promoting the Real1 and Mance Warner street fight for next week.
