Earlier today Josh Barnett announced a new match added to his Bloodsport 9 event. It will be AEW star and Blackpool Combat Club member Jon Moxley taking on current MLW National Openweight Champion Davey Richards. This will be their first one-on-one match in 13 years.
Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 9 will take place as part of The Collective during Mania week in Los Angeles, California. The event will live stream from the Ukrainian Cultural Center on Thursday March 30th and can be seen on FITE+.
It's been 13 years since these two clashed one-on-one in the ring.
That last meeting was a time limit draw.
A wrestler can change a lot in 13 years…
