This past week, Maki Itoh announced that she has suffered an injury and will need to miss her upcoming tour to the US, which included matches at GCW and F1RST.

Kennedi Copeland has been making the news lately with her latest appearance on AEW and apparent name change to Kennedi Hardcastle. She will look to make some more news on Saturday, January 13th, at H2O’s “Cage of Hell” whenever she competes in a 3-way dance for the ETU Key to the East Championship against the current champion, Marcus Mathers and Brian Neil.

In what is sure to be an exciting and fast paced match, Rachel Armstrong will take on Ace Perry at Unsanctioned Pro’s “Fake Beach 3” on January 13th. This event will be in Columbus and will proceed the GCW “56 Birdz” event.

Jesssica Troy will be defending her PWA Heavyweight Championship against Cherry Stephens at “Mounties” on January 13th. This will be the first ever PWA Heavyweight championship match between two women.

In a non-title match, the Freelance tag team champions, Laynie Luck and GPA, will face Members Only, a young tag team from the Cleveland area. This should be a great match and will take place on January 13th at Freelance Wrestling’s “Rhapsody”.

Zamaya will be making her much requested return to F1RST Wrestling at “Wrestlepalooza” on January 14th. Also appearing on this card will be Allie Katch and Dark Sheik.

Skye Blue will return to her home promotion, CSW on January 19th for “Season Premier”. She will be taking on one of the fastest rising stars in the Midwest, Maggie Lee.

The Neon Blondes, Dani Mo and Facade, will be competing in 3LW’s Tag Team Tournament on January 20th at “Icebreaker”. Also on this show will be Journey Burke vs Zoey Cannon, this rivalry became heated and personal whenever Journey attacked Zoey at the last event.

Effy will be holding Big Gay Brunch 8 in Tampa on January 27th. Already announced for this big event are Dark Sheik vs Che Monet and BUSSY (Allie Katch and Effy) vs MxM (Mase and Mansoor). Kaitlyn Marie will also be in action, after having an impressive match against Allie Katch at Big Gay Thanksgiving.

Shazza McKenzie will face off against Shelly Benson in a first time ever match at 2econd Wrestling’s “Tribal Instinct” on February 4th.

Brittnie Brooks will make her GCW debut in Phoenix on February 4th at “Feel No Ways”. Also on this card will be Deathmatch Royalty (Jimmy Lloyd, Steph De Lander, and Matt Cardona) vs Insane Clown Thrussy (Violent J, Dark Sheik and Allie Katch).

Women’s Wrestling Syndicate, the women’s promotion that is being run by Lufisto, has announced some of the talent that will be appearing at their first event on February 4th “Caught in a Mosh” in Montreal.  Included on the roster will be Katrina Creed, Azaelle, Kacey Diamond, Ronnie Payne, Kristara, Laurel CassieD, Chantal, Sam Kelly, Angie Skye, Dani Leo, Mary Lee Rose, Leah Sparks, and Mya Malek.

Texas standout, Danni Bee, will make her Uncanny Attractions debut on February 10th at “Show the Love”. Also announced for this even is Vert Vixen.

Midwest All-Star Wrestling will present “Broken Hearts 2” on February 17th. Announced so far for this event are Alex Gracia vs Jazmin Allure and Rachelle Riveter vs Shelly Benson.

Christina Marie and Rebecca Scott will face off once again, but this time it will be to crown the first ever SPO Women’s Champion on February 18th in Burlington, New Jersey.

Queen Aminata has come back from her injury and made appearances on AEW and ROH. She will be making her return to AAW on February 23rd for “LEGACY” and she will be challenging Sierra for the AAW Women’s Championship.

Long time independent wrestler and Monster Factory trainer, Missy Sampson, has started a new promotion Belle2Bell.  Their first event will be held on March 2nd in Paulsboro, New Jersey. The lineup has already been announced.

Avery Jax has been announced for ECWA’s Super 8 tournament on March 23rd. She will be only the second woman to be included in the tournament.

GCW has announced the shows for “The Collective” on WrestleMania weekend, April 4-6. On Friday at 11am they will present Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling, and then on Saturday at 2:30 pm it will be TJPW vs GCW. Other events include For the Culture, Effy’s Big Gay Brunch 9, DDT Pro-Wrestling, and more.
