Gringo Loco was originally scheduled to compete against Volador Jr at Joey Janela’s Spring Break 8 but due to visa issues with CMLL talent, Volador Jr is unable to make the event.
A replacement was announced earlier today. It will now be AEW star Dralistico taking on “The Base God”. Gringo Loco is calling this match a lucha dream for him.
“Volador Jr will inevitably happen very soon. But this replacement is another Lúcha dream match for me . I studied this guy many nights at 2am wondering if we’d ever meet in the ring . It happens at JJSB8!”
Joey Janela’s Spring Break 8 will take place on Friday April 5th at 7pm as part of this year’s GCW The Collective. The event will take place at Penns Landing Caterers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and it is completely SOLD OUT.
