Dreamwave Wrestling has announced that there will be a 4-way match to determine the #1 contender for the Uprising Alternative Title at “Trick or Treat” on October 12.

The combatants in the four way are, Kylie Rae, Billie Starkz, J-Rod and Brooke Havok. The first person to get a pinfall or submission will win the match.

These are four of the top female wrestlers today. “Smiley” Kylie Rae is number 3 in the Uprising Rankings with a 2-0 record. She has wrestled for almost every major promotion in America and has captured gold in places like Freelance, Black Label Pro, and AAW. She will try to use her hometown advantage and lock in her favorite submission “Charity Case” to take home the win.

Billie Starkz has been spending most of her time in Ring of Honor lately, where she was the inaugural ROH Women’s World Television Champion, which she held for 112 days. This will be Billie’s first singles match in Dreamwave/Uprising, her only other appearance was a tag match.

J-Rod is ranked 4, as she has the most wins, 3 and the most losses, 4, of all the woman ranked. While J-Rod may have a lot of losses, they were all against top name opponents. She has a lot of momentum now, as she recently became the OVW women’s champion, on her first day with the company.

“Emo Queen” Brooke Havok is ranked number 7 and has a 1-1 record. Brooke is currently one of the most in demand women on the independent scene. She trained under Cody Rhodes and wrestles out of the California area. Recently she has been wrestling for the biggest companies in America, like GCW, AEW, Beyond Wrestling and West Coast Pro. Brooke has also went to Japan to train and wrestle for Marvelous.

All of these wrestlers can win this match. They have all proven they are at the top and they are all determined to win this championship. 

The winner of this match will face the winner of Missa Kate and the defending Uprising Alternative Champion, Rebecca J Scott. 

Also announced for “Trick or Treat” is Christian Rose against Brooks Berna, Channing Thomas against Vic Capri, a tables match between Stephen Wolf and Mustafa Ali. The undefeated Hale Twins will challenge The Hype for the Dreamwave Tag Team Championship, and Maggie Lee defends the Dreamwave Women’s Championship against Megan Bayne.

“Trick or Treat” takes place on October 12 in LaSalle, Illinois. It is sold out, but you can watch it live on IWTV.
