IWC Super Indy 23 took place on October 5 in Elizabeth, PA. The event streamed live on TrillerTV+.

As is tradition, the current Super Indy Champion, Gannon Jones Jr, had to relinquish his title at the beginning of the tournament. Previous winners of this tournament have been; Jerry Lynn, Larry Sweeney, Shima Xion (now known as Joaquin Wilde), Josh Alexander, Johnathan Gresham, and Adam Cole.
