Deadlock Pro has announced a change in the card for tomorrow’s “Super Battle” event.
After it was announced that Anthony Henry of the Workhorsemen wasn’t cleared to compete in action, after sustaining an injury against Gabe Kidd, DPW needed to shuffle the card for their Super Battle event. The 2024 DPW Tag Festival winners and former DPW World Tag Team Champions Violence Is Forever will now face off against AEW’s FTR. FTR was originally scheduled to face the Workhorsemen.
1 Called Manders and Thomas Shire will be replacing Dominic Garrini and Kevin Ku of VIF in their originally announced 6 man tag team match. The two will team alongside BK Westbrook to take on Lykos Gym (Kid Lykos & Kid Lykos II) and Leon Slater. Manders and Shire are coming off a successful tour of Germany, where they made it to the finals of wXw’s World Tag Team Festival.
DPW Super Battle will take place tomorrow Sunday October 13 at the Grady Cole Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event features Calvin Tankman defending the DPW World Championship against Jake Something, Kevin Blackwood taking on KENTA, Adam Priest vs Masato Tanaka, and much more.
