Following Miyu Yamashita winning the DDT UNIVERSAL Championship, Gringo Loco entered the ring and told Yamashita to put the championship on the line for the scheduled match, the next night at DDTxTJPWxDEFY “TRIANGLER DTD”.

Nick Wayne enters the equation and has issue with Gringo Loco calling the fans at Washington Hall “his people”. He states that Washington Hall knows all about Nick Wayne winning belts. He then challenges Gringo and Miyu to a three way match. The champion Miyu Yamashita accepts the challenge stating “I’ll destroy you both!”
