Brittnie Brooks made her in-ring return last night at Uprising Women’s Athletes’ Uprising 4 event in Lasalle, Illinois.
Brooks returned to the ring four months post ACL surgery, and was the surprise entrant in the Women’s Good As Gold Rumble Match, coming in as entrant #30. Brooks went on to win the rumble which featured stars such as B3CCA, Brooke Havok, Gabby Forza, Hyan, former TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace and WWE ID prospect Zayda Steel. Brooks now has the opportunity to receive a match for the Dreamwave Women’s Championship at any time.
Brooks took to Twitter and stated, “4 months. Call me John Cena. So many people told me it wasn’t possible. Watch me.”
