It has been announced that Dragon Gate USA will be making it’s revival during WrestleMania week in Las Vegas this April.
Dragon Gate USA will be returning for the first time in over a decade as part of this year’s The Collective, hosted by Game Changer Wrestling. The event titled “The Rebirth” is part of The Collective Kickoff on Wednesday, April 16th at The Palms Resort and Casino.
This event takes place in the former Moon Nightclub on the penthouse floor of The Palms, a separate venue from the other Collective events, which take place in the Pearl Theater. It features 360 views of Las Vegas and a retractable roof. The DGUSA event is not included in the Collective Ticket Package. Tickets are on sale now at DGUSA25.Eventbrite.com.
Dragon Gate USA was active from 2009 til 2024 and ran by promoter Gabe Sapolsky. It is unclear if Sapolsky is involved with this relaunch.
The last DGUSA event that took place was Mercury Rising 2014 during WrestleMania week in New Orleans, Louisiana. Stars such as The Young Bucks, Johnny Gargano, AR Fox, Ricochet, and Rich Swann, just to name a few, all competed in DGUSA.
