On Saturday, February 8th, Dreamwave Wrestling held it’s first show of the year, “Famous Last Words.” The event streamed live on IWTV from LaSalle, IL.
Following his win against Sean Logan, Channing Thomas’s manager was looking for some “real competition.” His manager, Sidney Bakabella, spoke about how Thomas has not found any competition yet in IL, and how Thomas is still undefeated. This drew out JC Costilli, who announced that at the next show in April, Thomas will go one-on-one with the Wanted Man, the former TNA World Champion, Nic Nemeth.
Thomas currently holds the “Good As Gold” briefcase which he won back in the “Good As Gold” rumble to secure himself a championship opportunity whenever he wants. His upcoming match with Nemeth is sure to be a good one as a win here could cement his name even further as one of Dreamwave Wrestling’s top guys.
