On Saturday February 22nd at CZW’s 26th Anniversary event, Zayda Steel took on Zara Zakher in a WWE ID Showcase Match. Zahker ended up picking up the victory, but following the match, Zayda Steel had to be tended to outside the ring.
The WWE ID prospect Zayda Steel gave an update on Twitter following the collapse.
I collapsed after my match last night due to lack of sleep & eating so let this be your reminder to take care & listen to your body!
This would cause Zayda Steel to miss her booking at today’s New Texas Pro Wrestling event. Steel was scheduled to defend the New Texas Pro Women’s Championship against Charity King. VertVixen would go on to replace Steel in the match.
Zayda’s next scheduled match is against another WWE ID prospect Kylie Rae at Wrestling Open taking place this Thursday February 27th in Worcester, Massachusetts. The show will stream live on IWTV.
