Ricky Saints, fka Ricky Starks had won the DEFY World Championship on February 7th at DEFY’s Hundredth event defeating KENTA. Four days later he appeared on WWE’s NXT show.
Many questioned what would happen with DEFY as DEFY has some sort of working relationship with AEW with recent storylines playing out at DEFY shows with Swerve Strickland and Ricochet.
