Limitless Wrestling 3/21/2025 Bissell Brothers Bash Review

On Friday, March 21st, Limitless Wrestling held what could have been the biggest show in company history: Bissell Brothers Bash. Well over 1,000 fans attended the show, which saw fantastic wrestling from the get-go until the very end. The event streamed on IWTV and the Limitless Wrestling YouTube channel.

The show was headlined by a huge main event which saw Channing Thomas put the Limitless World Championship on the line against Donovan Dijak. Check out the full review for the show below.

Pre-Show Match: Jada Stone def. Ella Envy

Before the start of the show, we saw Jada Stone meet Ella Envy in a Pre-Show match. This match hyped up the crowd a great deal and set the tone for what was to be a great, action-packed night. One of the biggest spots of the match saw Stone kick out of a perfectly executed Styles Clash from Envy. Ultimately, the returning Jada Stone picked up the victory over a debuting Ella Envy with a corkscrew from the top rope.

Both women did a great job with the crowd. For Stone, she was cheered and welcomed back with open arms by the Portland crowd. On the flip side of the coin, Envy did a fantastic job showing why she is the “IT Girl.” Overall, this was a fun pre-show match which left fans wanting to see more. Hopefully, we see both Envy and Stone back in a Limitless ring sooner than later.

Grudge Match: Conan Lycan def. Zak Patterson

In the opening match of the night, we saw Conan Lycan meet Zak Patterson in a grudge match. This was a rivalry that started months ago and a match that fans have been calling for, for a very long time. This was the perfect match to open the show and was personally my match of the night.

If you’re like me and a fan of MEAT matches, this is one that you must watch. It’s no secret Lycan can go in the ring. Patterson is the perfect opponent for him too, despite his age, Patterson has shown he oozes charisma and has all the potential in the world. This was a FANTASTIC match. Ultimately, it ended with Lycan hitting a 450 splash from the top rope and pinning Patterson.

Special Challenge Match: Aiden Aggro (w/ J-Heru) def. Alec Price

In a Special Challenge match from Aiden Aggro, we saw Aggro, accompanied by J-Heru, take on Alec Price. This was a fun contest between two of the top young talents on the independent wrestling scene today. The crowd was firmly in the corner of Alec Price, booing Aggro every chance they got. Spoiler alert: Aggro very well might be one of the top heels in Limitless Wrestling (second to Channing Thomas, read more about that later).

Price continued to defy gravity in this match. It’s interesting to see what Price can do in the ring and how effortlessly he makes it look. Price hit a Swanton Bomb and seemingly had the match won, but J-Heru distracted the referee. Ultimately, a roll-up using the tights put the match away in favor of Aggro. Fans were not happy, and hopefully we get a chance to see Aggro and Price run this match back very, VERY soon.

Grudge Match: Gabby Forza def. B3CCA (w/ The Shooter Boys) via DQ

In the night’s next contest, we saw another rivalry come to a head, this time between Gabby Forza and B3CCA. As always, B3CCA was accompanied by her new managers, Aaron Ortiz & Anthony Vecchio, collectively known as The Shooter Boys. While they’re very talented as a tag team, they haven’t gotten that chance yet in Limitless Wrestling, but it should be coming very soon.

This was another fun match between two of the top women’s talents that Limitless has to offer. Forza was looking for some revenge tonight as the last time these two women shared the ring together, B3CCA attacked Forza from behind. Unfortunately for Forza, she would not get that revenge yet as The Shooter Boys stopped Forza from winning the match, as she had it won. Despite the victory for Forza, this is not how she wanted it because it was just a DQ win. Forza made Ortiz pay and it doesn’t look like things are done yet between Forza and B3CCA.

Swipe Right (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) (w/ Miss Susannah) def. High-Flying Star Machines (BoJack & Diego Hill)

It was nice to see one tag team match on this show. This was a great tag team match as Swipe Right did battle with the Deadlock Pro Wrestling team, the High-Flying Star Machines. WWE ID talents, Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes looked to get back in the win column in Limitless as they squared off with BoJack and Diego Hill.

Smokes and Baylor are two of the most talented heels at Limitless, and seeing them work with BoJack and Hill was an absolute treat. Smokes and Baylor continued to show Limitless whether you love them or hate them, they’re as legitimate as it comes. After hitting their finisher on Hill, Baylor got the pinfall victory for Swipe Right. The fans loved BoJack and Hill and chanted “PLEASE COME BACK!” to the High-Flying Star Machines. So, to echo the fans, BoJack and Hill, PLEASE COME BACK to Limitless Wrestling very soon. This was a great tag bout.

Portland Street Fight: Ace Romero def. Dirty Dango

Ace Romero came out to the ring looking for a fight, and he was dead set on getting his hands on Dirty Dango. He was met with Chaotic Wrestling legend, Ryan Black, telling him Dango wasn’t in town and missed the show. Romero challenged Black to a Portland Street Fight, but it ended up that Dango was in town and he attacked Romero from behind. This was an interesting start, that I wasn’t sure why it happened, but I digress.

When the match finally got underway, it was everything you hoped it would be and then some. Romero and Dango fought in the crowd and used doors and trash cans to take the fight to one another. Ultimately, a spear through a door set up in the corner, followed by a package piledriver, put the match away for Romero. Romero has been getting a great push in Limitless and it’s been so much fun to see. It’s only a matter of time before Romero has gold around his waist.

Aaron Rourke def. Anthony Greene

After intermission, Greene’s music hit and he came out to cut a promo talking about how he doesn’t know why the fans boo him and cheer people like Dezmond Cole, Gabby Forza, and Aaron Rourke. Rourke’s music hit and he made his way down to the ring and quickly took the fight to Greene with a double-knee move from the top rope. Ultimately, Rourke hit a split-legged moonsault, followed by a picture-perfect regular moonsault for the three-count. Rourke is now 2-0 over Greene. After the match, Rourke announced he has next for the Limitless Wrestling World Championship.

Coming into this show, we were all a little bit let down that Zilla Fatu, who was originally supposed to face Greene, had to pull out do to an injury. This wasn’t ideal, but Rourke stepped up and more than managed to make it not sting as much. While we’re all still very much looking forward to Fatu and Greene, Rourke and Greene certainly delivered on every front. These two guys are can’t miss in the ring.

Bissell Brothers Championship and Limitless Wrestling World Championship Shot Anytime, Anywhere Battle Royal match: Milo Mirra def. Hazard, Seabass Finn, Ashley Vox, Alexander Lee, J-Heru (w/ Aiden Aggro), Perry Von Vicious, Jose Zamora, Bear Bronson, Paris Van Dale, Jason Maverick, Dave Dyer, Kalvin Strange, Dusty Boy Bandit, Cousin Larry, BK Westbrook, Troy Nelson, Spike Nishimura, & LJ Cleary

In the final match before the big main event, we saw a battle royal between some top young talents for the first-ever Bissell Brothers Championship. We also saw a little bit extra added on the line in this Royal Rumble-like battle royal, where the winner was to earn a contract for the Limitless Wrestling World Championship, any time they want, and any where they want.

This was a fun battle royal. It did the job that it was supposed to do as not one of the night’s big marquee matches, but certainly still not boring at all. Ultimately, Milo Mirra last eliminated Hazard to win the battle royal. Milo Mirra and his pogo stick appear to be next in line for the Limitless Wrestling World Championship. Hazard looked great in his own right. After not being around on Limitless in quite some time, Hazard returned last month and has looked fantastic in doing so.

Limitless Wrestling World Championship: Channing Thomas (w/ Sidney Bakabella, Aiden Aggro, J-Heru, & Anthony Greene) def. Donovan Dijak to retain the Limitless Wrestling World Championship

The main event of the night saw Channing Thomas, accompanied by Sidney Bakabella, Aiden Aggro, J-Heru, and Anthony Greene, square off with Donovan Dijak for the top prize in Limitless Wrestling. It was apparent from the entrances that this was not going to be a fair one-on-one match. Thankfully for Dijak, the referee stepped in early on in the match and got rid of J-Heru, Aggro, and Greene from ringside.

The match itself was very fun. Thomas continued to show that he can hang with whoever you may put in front of him, and seeing Dijak back in Limitless has been an absolute blast. This was a can’t-miss match. Dijak hit a big chokeslam type of move from the top rope for a two-count in one of the night’s biggest spots. Not to be outdone, Thomas hit Dijak with a huge piledriver on the apron in another fantastic spot. Ultimately, thanks to a lot of help from Bakabella, including a fireball to the eyes of Dijak, Thomas put Dijak away with another piledriver.

After the match, all hell broke loose as Ace Romero made the save for Dijak, Gabby Forza, and Aaron Rourke. Romero cleared the ring as the baby faces stood tall to end the night. This was an outstanding show. This easily could have been one of Limitless Wrestling’s best shows of the year. This is a must-watch for any fan of independent wrestling, with not a bad match on the card.
