Earlier today at the Prominence 3rd Anniversary event, Risa Sera announced that she has decided to retire on January 12, 2026 at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. In a tweet she stated, “I still have time, so l’m going to do everything I want to do and then quit! Thank you for your support until the end!!”

Sera started her professional wrestling career in 2012 and has wrestled for DDT, Freedoms, Stardom, Ice Ribbon, and other promotions. She has even competed in GCW’s Nick Gage Invitational 8 in 2023.
