Priscilla Kelly Addresses Injury Scare at Wrestling Revolver

On Saturday, June 14th, Wrestling Revolver returned to the Horizon Events Center in Des Moines, IA, for it’s event, “Cage of Horrors.” The event streamed live on TrillerTV+.

One of the big marquee matches of the night was supposed to see Priscilla Kelly make her Wrestling Revolver debut against her real-life partner, Zachary Wentz. This marked Kelly’s first post-WWE appearance in her official time as a free agent on the independent wrestling scene.

Unfortunately, the match did not go according to plan. The match started out on fire, but Kelly would suffer what appeared to be a right knee issue after a few minutes. The official and Wentz would tend to her in the corner, but ultimately, the match had to be stopped.

Kelly took to Twitter to explain what happened, and thankfully, it was better news than many anticipated:

“My patella came out of place. It does that from time to time. It’s an anatomy issue I’ve had my whole life, and I’ve managed to always work through it, even sometimes continuing matches after it happens. It’s not an ‘injury’, it just hurts a good bit and I have to “pop” it back in place. Now ya know. Sorry, guys.”

The good news, it’s not an injury, and she should be just fine. While this is not the way she wanted to return to the independent wrestling scene, she will be just fine. We can’t wait to see what she does and where she goes next.
