On Sunday, June 29th, the New York Wrestling Connection returned to Mulcahy’s in Wantagh, NY for one of its biggest shows of the year, “Going Back To Mulcahy’s.” The event can be watched on IWTV.
The main event of the show was originally supposed to see Joey Conway defend his NYWC Championship against Randy Summers. However, due to a cowardly pre-match attack, Summers wasn’t able to compete, so the new main event saw Conway defend his title against NYWC legend, Tony Burma.
We also witnessed the 2025 Crusher Doogan Heart & Soul Memorial Cup Semi-Finals and Finals, including a thrilling final match between Kaide Lothbrook and A1G, as well as Kylie Alexa putting the NYWC Starlet Championship on the line against Amity LaVey, the return of Dickie Rodz as he faced off with Georgio Lawrence, Dan Barry meet Papadon in The John Shane Classic, and so much more.
