TNT Extreme Division Champion Emersyn Jayne had laid out an open challenge going into today’s TNT Extreme Wrestling’s “Summer Explosion” event. Jayne made her entrance and waited for her opponent. Out comes the PROGRESS World Champion Luke Jacobs.

Jayne and Jacobs went on to have a brutal deathmatch with barbed wire, glass and light tubes. Jayne would go on to win the match, and retain the championship after hitting a Crunchie into a set of light tubes.

Jacobs grabbed a microphone afterwards and stated, despite being in wrestling for around 10 years, it was the first ever deathmatch he’s been in. He goes on to say he’s in the most pain he’s ever been in, in his entire life and then gives respect to his opponent.

Jayne has held the TNT Extreme Division Championship since March, after defeating Drew Parker.
