There is a new number one contender for the Jersey Championship Wrestling World Championship.

Today at JCW “High Noon”, Charles Mason became the number one contender for the JCW World Championship currently held by Masha Slamovich. Mason competed in a number one contenders scramble match, which opened the event. He picked up the victory against five other opponents, Emersyn Jayne, Kevin Ku, Manny Lo, Ryan Clancy and Mr Danger. Emersyn Jayne looked to have the match won, pinning Kevin Ku, when Mason snuck in and locked in a choke, forcing Emersyn Jayne to tap.

Later on in the event JCW World Champion Masha Slamovich will defend the championship against Marcus Mathers. Mason will likely be watching that match very closely as one of those two competitors will be his future opponent.
