Prestige Wrestling has given an update on their upcoming “FJR” event.
Danhausen, Travis Williams, Kevin Blackwood, Vinnie Massaro, Johnnie Robbie, Midnight Heat, DREXL, Maya World, and Cody Chhun have all been announced for the event taking place on Saturday August 23rd at Oregon Pro Wrestling School in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Prestige Wrestling gave some notes on the event.
Tickets are donation based (pay as much as you can) and 100% of profits will be donated to RAINN – Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network after the show.
This is going to be a very different thing than our usual shows. This is as punk rock & grass roots as we get.
Please park as far from the wrestling school as you feel comfortable & leave the closer parking for less able bodied attendees. There’s plenty of places nearby to park at.
Admission is SRO or bring your own chair (please only bring a chair if you absolutely need one to save space).
There will not be concessions beyond water for purchase (we will make it cheap). You are able to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks/non-medicated snacks with you.
Many wrestlers are willingly waiving their booking fees for the good of the show & charity. From the bottom of the card, all the way up. Please buy their merch if you can.
Lastly, please take care of the venue, inside & out. @ORprowrestling have done a TON of good for the PNW wrestling scene & this is no different. Clean up messes you see, straighten up your general area when leaving, etc.
It takes a community to pull this off!
