Last night at 880 Wrestling’s Thursday Night Fights, Effy successfully defended his GCW World Championship against challenger MV Young in the main event of the evening. The show was held at The Shop in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Following the match, Effy was attacked by the inaugural and reigning 880 Wrestling TNF Champion to a match for both championships, this Saturday in Cleveland, Ohio.
Effy has held the GCW World Championship since January 19th and has over 30 successful title defenses.
