On Sunday, September 28th, PROGRESS Wrestling returned to the Electric Ballroom in London for it’s event, “Chapter 184: Camden Lock Up.” The event streamed live on TrillerTV+ and was headlined by a massive “Loser Leaves Progress” match between Nina Samuels and Kanji.
This is a rivalry that has become very personal, to the point of both women needing to take the other out of the PROGRESS Wrestling locker room. This was a fantastic main event that saw both women show up and show out. Neither woman was going to go down without a fight, and it was everything we hoped it would be and then some.
In the end, Kanji forces Samuels to tap out to win the match. Kanji tried to show a sign of respect to Samuels following her victory, but instead was met with a middle finger from the former PROGRESS Women’s World Champion. It remains to be seen where things go from here for either woman, but one thing we know for sure is Kanji remains in PROGRESS Wrestling.
