Pro Wrestling EVE 10/3/2025 Global Women Strike IV Recap and Review

EVE’s “Global Women Strike” took place on 10/3/25 in London and aired live on their YouTube channel. This was a show that, as the name sounds, had some international flare, with wrestlers from the US, Japan, Australia and of course the best of Europe.

The show starts with the Absolute Chaos match, featuring Lil Marz, Lucy Sky, Skye Smitson, Alexxis Flacon, Violet Nyte, and Zoe Lucus (with Amira Blair who had a Dobby mask on for some reason.) This is Lil Marz’s debut in EVE and is Violet Nyte’s second appearance, after having an impressive match against Skye Smitson in her debut. Skye and Violet continue their battle in this match, then realize that it may be better if they worked together.

Zoe Lucas does not have very much luck at all in this match, getting beat up by pretty much all of her opponents, but even when she is getting beat up, Zoe is the most entertaining person in the match. Lucy Sky gets the win after pinning Lil Marz. I thought this was a fun opening match with the newcomers, Violet Nyte and Lil Marz looking like they fit right in with the vets. It also set up Lucy Sky for her big match on the next show against Willow Nightengale.

Before the next match can start, Session Moth Martina comes to the ring and says that she cannot compete tonight. This has been an ongoing story where Martina has been losing her confidence due to a long losing streak. One of EVE’s owners, Dan Reed, comes to the ring to try to convince Martina to compete. He says that some people may say bad things about her, but they are the minority. Martina has helped make EVE what it is today and has made Irish wrestling what it is today. Martina is still not convinced, but out comes Millie McKenzie. Millie says that she cannot fight because her body is dying and Martina needs to fight because she can’t. This is a very emotional moment, everyone has watery eyes, and Martina says that she will fight. This was a great way to set up the main event, especially involving the real life conditions affecting Millie.

The next match is Vipress against Anita Vaughan. This was a very hard-hitting match and could have been my sleeper match of the night. Vaughan has the size advantage, but Vipress is not intimidated at all and uses her body as a weapon. She dominates Vipress and gets frustrated that she keeps coming back. Vipress gets slapped in the face, which is a big mistake, as it fires Vipress up. Vipress puts her hair up and lays a flurry of punches into Anita Vaughan.

Anita Vaughan hits a power bomb, but Vipress kicks out. Vipress goes for a frog splash, but Vaughan moves out of the way. She hits a clothesline and another powerbomb for the win. This was a great match that really showcased the toughness of Vipress.

In one of the most anticipated matches of the event, Safire Reed (who is replacing Millie McKenzie) teams with Dash Chisako to take on Nina Samuels and VENY. Safire and Nina have a lot of history, while Nina and VENY have tagged before, but Safire and Dash have just met. Nina seems like she wants to impress VENY and decides that to do this she will embarrass Safire. Nina and VENY dominate Safire throughout a lot of the match. Safire eventually makes the tag and Dash takes out both Nina and VENY. VENY hits a moonsault onto the floor. The momentum goes back and forth until Dash hits a frog splash for the win.

When we come back from intermission Nightshade and Rhio are fighting through the curtain. They are grabbing chairs and kegs to hit each other with and the match hasn’t even started yet. They finally make it into the ring and the bell rings. The level of violence does not go down. Rhio eventually grabs a chair and hits Nightshade with it, causing her to get disqualified. However, Rhio does not stop there. Rhio keeps hitting Nightshade with the chair. She then sets up a chair and puts Nightshade’s neck in it and hits Nightshade with another chair.

Rhio leaves the ring with Nightshade bleeding from the mouth. We are left wondering about Nightshade’s condition and also Rhio’s status and mindset going into her title match against Nyla Rose.

A match of very differing styles follows as Rayne Leverkusen takes on the international pop star, B3CCA. B3CCA sings her way to the ring and then insults Rayne’s taste in music. B3CCA is never shy to cut some corners and break some rules to get the advantage and that is no different in this match. Apparently B3CCA thinks that she is Jeff Jarrett, as she is doing his strut after she hits just about any offensive maneuver. Rayne starts to get a little pissed off at B3CCA’s showboating and hits a big boot in the corner.

B3CCA hits a 450, but Rayne kicks out of the pin attempt. Rayne hits a Canadian Destroyer, followed by a step up shining wizard for the win with one minute left. This was a great match, as B3CCA played her character so well and Rayne keeps getting more impressive every time I see her wrestle.

The main event features Su Yung against the re-energized Session Moth Martina. The crowd is firmly behind Martina and she hits a dive onto Su to open the match. They fight all over the building. Martina has blood flowing down her face. Su Yung makes a big mistake and hands Martina a beer, which fires Martina up. Martina hits a Jager Bomb onto tacks, but Su kicks out.

Martina has to be questioning if she can win. Su handcuffs Martina to the ropes and hits her with kendo sticks. Millie comes out to the ring, gets misted, but Martina fires up and breaks free. Martina hits a series of suplexes in honor of Millie, drives Su through a table and picks up the win. Millie celebrates with Martina. This told a great story, as Martina was able to overcome not only the demon that is Su Yung, but also her own demons.

You can watch this event, along with the past EVE events, by becoming a member of their YouTube channel. Their next show will be on November 7th and will include Rhio facing Nyla Rose for the EVE Championship, Willow against Lucy Sky, and Kris Statlander defending the EVE International Championship against two former Champions, Yuu and Anita Vaughan.
