2025 has been quite the year for Bear Bronson.
Earlier this year, Bear Bronson broke the news that AEW would not be renewing his contract. Since becoming a free agent on June 1st, Bronson has made a huge name for himself once again in the independent wrestling scene, even making waves in the deathmatch world.
Bronson reflected on his time in AEW this time last year and where he’s currently at.
This time last year I was viewed by fans & plenty of co-workers as a total shitbag that shouldn’t have a job.
One year later, everything has changed.
Every single day I’m hitting home runs, erasing the stink & shoving it down every doubter’s throat.
Now, IM the fucking man.
These past few days alone he competed at C4 Wrestling on Friday, ISW on Saturday, Mystery Wrestling on Sunday and Wrestling Open Rhode Island yesterday (Monday). He’s scheduled to take on Will Kroos at Wrestling Open this Thursday in Worcester, MA. He will then step into the ring against Vixsin in a deathmatch at ICW NHB 86.
