The new IWTV Independent Wrestling World Champion ‘Fancy’ Ryan Clancy took to Twitter to reflect on his win from this past Monday and gave a heartfelt message to the fans regarding his championship reign.
“What an incredible 48 hours it has been for The Fancy Man.
An overwhelming amount of love and support and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I promise I will do right and be an Independent Wrestling World Champion you all can be proud of!”
Clancy won the IWTV Independent Wrestling World Championship by defeating Marcus Mathers at this past Monday’s Wrestling Open Rhode Island event. He already has a set of challengers lined up for the title. He will defend the championship tomorrow at Wrestling Open against Sean Legacy, and on November 8th he defends against Amira at DOA Pro Wrestling.
