We have a new Fight Life World Champion!
The main event of Fight Life’s return show, “Squared Circle Seance IV,” saw Richard Holliday put his Fight Life World Championship on the line against JT Dunn. Dunn was the holder of the “Call Your Shot” contract, and decided to do just that with today’s event, call his shot and challenge for the Fight Life World Championship.
The two men put on an incredible match together. They both continued to show why they are two of the top wrestlers on the independent scene today, not only in Fight Life, but also in the entire northeast. In the end, Dunn would land a Death By Elbow on Holliday and put him away to win the match and capture the Fight Life World Championship for the first time in his career.
Holliday’s reign saw him pick up wins over the likes of Anthony Greene, Ricky Smokes, Dunn himself, Alec Price, Traevon Jordan, and, most recently, Landon Hale. This was a reign that spanned over 490 days. Now, the ball is in Dunn’s court to continue to make the Fight Life World Championship mean something.
