Tetsuya Naito And BUSHI Announced For wXw 16 Carat Gold 2026

Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI are making their wXw return.

Los Tranquilos De Japon members Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI will be making their wXw return after canceling their scheduled appearance for the promotion back on November 15th. BUSHI and Naito have been announced as entrants 6 and 7 in the 2026 wXw 16 Carat Gold Tournament. They will also compete together as a tag team at wXw Dead End on February 21, 2026.

They join the previously announced Erick Stevens, Titus Alexander, Arez, Chihiro Hashimoto and YAMATO in the tournament. Past 16 Carat Gold winners include 1 Called Manders, WALTER, Shingo, Chris Hero, Tommy End, Zack Sabre Jr, Ilja Dragunov, Jonathan Gresham, and Cara Noir.

The cancellation took place as Naito’s management company UNPASO Inc. is on a verge of bankruptcy. wXw solved the communication issues with Naito, BUSHI and his new management team to make these upcoming appearances happen.

wXw’s 16 Carat Gold 2026 will take place March 6th-8th in Germany.
