A new entrant has been announced.

Ambition 16 tournament winner Thomas Shire has been announced as the twelfth entrant in the 2026 16 Carat Gold Tournament. He joins the previously announced Ricky Sosa, Axel Tischer, Ahura, Bobby Gunns, Tetsuya Naito, BUSHI, Erick Stevens, Titus Alexander, Arez, Chihiro Hashimoto and YAMATO in the tournament.

Past 16 Carat Gold winners include his tag team partner, 1 Called Manders, WALTER, Shingo, Chris Hero, Tommy End, Zack Sabre Jr, Ilja Dragunov, Jonathan Gresham, and Cara Noir.

wXw’s 16 Carat Gold 2026 will take place March 6th-8th in Germany.
