Matt Cardona has vacated the ACW Heavyweight Championship.

Tonight at the opening of ACW’s ‘Poughkeepsie Rumble’ event, a video played on the screen with ACW Heavyweight Champion Matt Cardona stating that he is vacating the championship due to him signing with WWE.

Busted Open host Dave LaGreca came before the crowd to state that the championship match between Matt Cardona and Mike Santana is off. Mike Santana will now be facing a mystery opponent to determine a number one contender for the championship.

A new ACW Heavyweight Champion will be determined in tonight’s 20 Man Over The Top Rumble. Whoever is the final man standing will be the new ACW Heavyweight Championship.
