Elijah Blum has advanced in the Super Strong Style 16 tournament.

Elijah Blum has won his opening round match of the Super Strong Style 16 tournament by defeating Bobby Gunns at wXw’s We Love Wrestling Live in Ruthen on January 10th. He becomes the first of eight male competitors to advance in PROGRESS Wrestling’s SSS16.

The remaining opening round matches will take place in the next few months, with the final eight competitors battling it out at The Electric Ballroom in London on Sunday, May 3rd and Monday, May 4th.

PROGRESS Wrestling is also hosting a Women’s Super Strong Style 16 tournament for the first time ever.
