After 13 years in the business, Risa Sera has retired.
Risa Sera has wrestled her final match in professional wrestling, losing to Suzu Suzuki in the main event of the Risa Sera Retirement Show earlier today (January 12th) at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. At just 34 years of age, Sera had decided to step away from wrestling due to mental health issues.
Sera started her professional wrestling career in 2012, where she debuted with Ice Ribbon in November of that year. She has wrestled for DDT, Freedoms, STARDOM, and other promotions. She has even competed in GCW’s Nick Gage Invitational 8 in 2023.
