After chasing the title for an entire year, Elijah Blum captured the wXw Unified World Wrestling Championship by defeating Peter Tihanyi in a Pure Rules Match at wXw’s Back To The Roots on Saturday, January 24th. Bloom put an end to Tihanyi’s second reign, which lasted 119 days. This is the first time Bloom has captured the wXw World Championship. He is a former wXw Shotgun Champion.
The huge title change took place at Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen, Germany.
