Three wrestlers have advanced in PROGRESS Wrestling’s Super Strong Style 16 Tournaments.

First, in the Men’s Super Strong Style 16 tournament, Jay Joshua was able to advance in the tournament by defeating Kid Lykos II at today’s Chapter 189 event. Jay Joshua joins Elijah Blum and Peter Tihanyi in the next round of the tournament.

As for the Women’s Super Strong Style 16 tournament, we saw two competitors advance at today’s PROGRESS Wrestling event in Camden. Both members of The Experience, LA Taylor and Skye Smitson, have advanced to the next round of the tournament.

Skye Smitson would advance by defeating Anita Vaughan in their first round match-up. LA Taylor would then defeat Session Moth Martina, who was a last minute replacement for Safire Reed who was unable to compete. Smitson and Taylor become to first two competitors to advance in the Super Strong Style Women’s Tournament.

The next rounds of the tournament will take place at The Electric Ballroom on Sunday May 3rd and Monday May 4th.
