Winnipeg Pro Wrestling Announces Nikki Blackheart Pulled From Voyageur Cup

On March 8th, 2026 Winnipeg Pro Wrestling announced via their official Twitter account that Nikki Blackheart “is unable to appear at the Voyageur Cup.”.

This comes on the heels of Nikki Blackheart dropping her MPX Women’s Championship to Priscilla Kelly on Saturday March 7th. Blackheart’s reign lasted 30 days and ended in her first title defense. This development also comes after Blackheart received an invitation to a WWE tryout. There is speculation that Nikki Blackheart will likely sign with WWE soon.

Despite the loss in MPX, she remains the CCW Women’s Champion, a title she has now held for 268 days.

The WPW Voyageur Cup returns on March 13 and 14 as an eight-woman tournament taking place over the course of two nights. The winner will earn a future championship opportunity for the WPW Women’s Championship against Mercedes Moné.
