Mercedes Moné Loses EWA Women’s Championship To Mila Smidt in France

Mercedes Moné drops yet another championship.

On March 14, Mercedes lost the EWA Women’s Championship to Mila Smidt. The match took place at  Rixe Catch & BZW Apogee. Smidt’s Rixe Women’s Championship was also on the line in the Winner Take All Match.

After the match, Mercedes stood in solidarity with Smidt and for women’s wrestling as the two stood together holding a sign that read, “More women in the ring.”

Despite the loss, Moné still holds six championships. The All Elite Wrestling star currently holds the Discovery Wrestling Scottish Women’s Championship, PTW Women’s Championship (Poland), Bodyslam Women’s Championship (Denmark), WPW Women’s Championship (Canada), APAC Women’s Championship (Malaysia), and the 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Championship.

The former “13 Belt Moné” has now in a championship losing streak that began when Último Moné, lost the ROH Women’s World Television Championship to Red Velvet in Ring of Honor.
