This past Saturday, on March 28th, Ruthless Pro Wrestling held what was believed to be their final event, “Omega” from the Berwyn Eagles Club in Berwyn, Illinois. Following the main event, it was revealed that the deathmatch promotion has new ownership and will continue to live on.
This week, Ruthless Pro has released a press statement regarding the future of the promotion and details on the new ownership.

Ruthless Pro Wrestling would like to take a moment to recognize and thank Chris Kohlenberg for everything he has built. RPW stands today because of his vision, passion, and dedication to creating sommething raw, real, and unforgettable. We are honored to carry that legacy forward and ensure that what he started continues to grow.
Moving ahead, Dred, Rickey Shane Page, and SHLAK will be stepping in as the voices and representatives of RPW. Each of us has built real, lasting memories inside this company – and it means everything to now help guide it into its next chapter.
OUR GOAL IS SIMPLE: THIS IS WRESTLING FOR WRESTLERS, BY WRESTLERS, FOR YOU, THE FANS.
We’re taking on something that matters to all of us, and we want to build RPW into something special, something that represents the heart of independent wrestling at it’s core.
