Yesterday, Girl Fight Wrestling broke the unfortunate news that AEW’s Jamie Hayter would not be able to make their February 15th event and work her scheduled match against Vert Vixen.
“Things happen and we are working on a solution. Jamie Hayter cannot make the event on February 15th. We are on the hunt for a STAR replacement. Signed posters and match will be updated and posted once confirmed. Jamie has promised to work for us in the future.”
Later in the evening, Girl Fight Wrestling announced a star replacement for Hayter. The longest reigning Ring Of Honor Women’s World Champion of all time, Athena will now be squaring off against Vert Vixen at Girl Fight Wrestling’s ‘Your Lost Valentine’.
The event will take place in New Albany, Indiana and will be taped to stream on IWTV at a later date. Tickets are available at GirlFightWrestling.BigCartel.com.
