From Friday, February 13th, through Sunday, February 15th, Game Changer Wrestling, Chaotic Wrestling, Focus Pro Wrestling, & PROGRESS Wrestling put on some incredible shows filled with some top-tier action. This included the likes of women’s wrestling stealing the show, a HOSS fight, an early tag team match of the year, and a first title defense from across the pond. Here are the five must-see matches from this past weekend that every fan of professional wrestling should go in and check out.

5. Vipress vs. Brittnie Brooks vs. Shotzi Blackheart from GCW’s “The Coldest Winter 4”
At number five, we have the first of two matches from GCW’s “The Coldest Winter 4.” This show was a ton of fun, and truthfully, it very well could be a “show of the year” candidate for 2026. Whenever Game Changer Wrestling returns to the Ukrainian Culture Center, you know it’ll be a great show. From the fans to the wrestling, it’s always such an electric atmosphere. This show was no exception. There wasn’t a single bad match on this show. It all kicked off with a fight between three of the top women on the independent scene today, Vipress, Brittnie Brooks, and Shotzi Blackheart. A win for any of these women would be a statement win in GCW, potentially getting them closer to a GCW World Championship match by the time GCW returns to Los Angeles again in the future. Starting with Vipress, she has been making a name for herself on GCW as of late. She has been showing the world exactly how talented she is for this whole year. Vipress has become a mainstay on this list in her big matches, and it’s very easy to see why. She’s so good in the ring and can hang with whoever you put in front of her. She’s even been dabbling in some hardcore deathmatches in GCW as of late against the likes of Ciclope and Drew Parker. As for Shotzi Blackheart, a lot of the same can be said about her. Since being released from WWE, Shotzi has been out to prove that she’s on another level, showing fans all over why WWE missed out. She’s been having wars with the likes of Priscilla Kelly, KJ Orso, Emersyn Jayne, and countless others. She’s out to prove that she’s one of the elite stars of the indie wrestling scene today, and she has shown just that. As for Brittnie Brooks, much of the same I said about the previous two women can be said about her. Brooks is very quickly becoming one of the top unsigned talents on the indies today. She has arguably one of the brightest futures in professional wrestling around today. It’s only a matter of time before a national company picks up Brooks and makes her a mainstay for their promotion. Brooks has the IT factor to build any women’s division around, which makes her that much more special. The charisma, talent, skill, and potential are all there and on full display in Brooks. She will be a household name sooner rather than later. Go back and check this one out on TrillerTV+.

4. Milo Mirra vs. Aaron Rourke from Chaotic Wrestling’s “On Thin Ice”
Entering at number four on this list, Milo Mirra put his Chaotic Wrestling New England Championship on the line against WWE ID prospect, Aaron Rourke, at Chaotic Wrestling’s “On Thin Ice.” Milo Mirra first won the Chaotic Wrestling New England Championship back in December when he finally defeated his long-time rival, Arcturus. Over his next 58 days and counting, Mirra has successfully defended his title against the likes of Sam Holloway and DJ Powers. Now he had a very tall task in front of him in Aaron Rourke. Mirra has been on a whole other level as of late. Since turning babyface and finding his confidence after leaving the GGC, Mirra has looked unstoppable at times. His potential is endless, and he has a ton of talent in the ring already, for someone who’s still so young in this world. Mirra has toppled giants so far in his reign, including Arcturus and Sam Holloway; however, Rourke brings a different type of strength to this match. His mind. For those unaware, Rourke has one of the smartest minds in professional wrestling. He knows exactly how to get to his opponent and, more importantly, get under their skin. However, on top of all of that, Rourke also has the talent to get past anyone you put in front of him. So, if Mirra hoped to win this one, he’d have to do something very few men could do, and that’s get a three-count win over “Evil Gay.” Rourke is truly one of the best around today, and it’s not particularly close. Go back and give this one a watch on the Chaotic Wrestling YouTube and Twitch channels. It’s free, and you won’t be disappointed. Chaotic Wrestling is one of the most fun promotions around today, and this match only proves that.

3. 1 Called Manders vs. Hammerstone from GCW’s “The Coldest Winter 4”
In an absolute HOSS fight, we saw 1 Called Manders battle Hammerstone at GCW’s “The Coldest Winter 4.” This match came merely a week after 1 Called Manders went to war with Mad Dog Connelly inside a steel cage on Night One of the 2026 Jersey J-Cup. Manders has become one of the hardest-hitting wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of boots in a GCW ring. This match with Hammerstone only proved that. Manders is a callback to bruisers in professional wrestling, like the old days of Bradshaw in the WWE. I can watch Manders matches for hours. He hits hard, and he can take hits even harder. To put it simply, this match was so much more than a match. It was a fight between two of the biggest and baddest men in GCW. Last month, Manders met Atticus Cogar for the GCW World Championship. Manders has never been a GCW World Champion yet, but showed up and showed out in this one. He and Cogar went to war with Manders, coming up just short. Now, Manders is looking to get back to the top and challenge Cogar once again. As for Hammerstone, he may be one of the most underrated big men in professional wrestling today. Hammerstone is a free agent, for what reason, I have no idea. Hammerstone has it all: he has the look, charisma, and most of all the talent to be a main player anywhere he goes. He and Manders made magic together. Hammerstone can hit hard, but Manders can hit just as hard. So, seeing these two collide was genuinely the unstoppable force meeting the immovable object. Go back and check this one out on TrillerTV+. It’s very well worth the price for this match alone.

2. Post Game vs. Primetime Killaz from Focus Pro’s “All Eyez On Me”
In one of the best tag team matches in recent memory, Post Game’s Mike Walker & Vinny Talotta put their Focus Pro Tag Team Championships on the line against the Primetime Killaz, Devious Cass & Leroy Robinson. This match took place at the February 15th Focus Pro Wrestling event, “All Eyez On Me.” Post Game has had a stranglehold over the Focus Pro Tag Team Championships, holding them for 331 days, and counting. Lately, it’s looked closer than normal for Walker & Talotta to drop those titles, but they have been doing what they have to in order to keep the Focus Pro Tag Team Championships around their waist. As always, they are accompanied by their manager, and one of the best managers in the game currently, Hellfire McGuire. Post Game has knocked off some of the very best of independent wrestling’s tag team scene, including the likes of Shot Through The Heart, Fresh Air, DieSpora, The Shooter Boys, Waves & Curls, and Fire In The Sky. They have had plenty of fantastic matches, including a 2025 match of the year candidate against Fresh Air. In this one, they had a very tough challenge in the fairly new tag team of Cass & Robinson. Cass & Robinson are two of the most talented young guns on the independent scene today. They are a tag team, truthfully, that we didn’t know we needed before they started teaming up. They pushed Post Game to their absolute limit at “All Eyez On Me,” despite how the match ended or how Post Game got the job done. With that said, Primetime Killaz are certainly future Focus Pro Tag Team Champions, and future tag team champions wherever you may see them. The fact that they joined forces should put any tag team, regardless of promotion, on notice and keep them on their heels. The Primetime Killaz are primed for a massive 2026, and this is just the very beginning. This was a damn-near perfect tag team match. I, for one, cannot wait to see these two teams go at it again sooner rather than later. Go back and check this one out when it becomes available on the Focus Pro VOD channel on IWTV.

1. Alexxis Falcon vs. Rhio from PROGRESS Wrestling’s “In Brightest Day”
Taking the number one spot on this list, we saw Alexxis Falcon put her PROGRESS Women’s World Championship on the line against her best friend, Rhio. These two have a lot of history together, but one thing we know for sure is that whenever they share the ring, magic is made. Falcon is still in the very early going of her reign, as she defeated Rayne Leverkusen to win the title a mere three weeks ago. Falcon has had a fantastic 2025 calendar year in PROGRESS Wrestling, picking up wins over the likes of Hollie Barlow, Lana Austin, and Miyu Yamashita in singles action. In December, Falcon won a six-way match over Harley Hudson, Barlow, Austin, Maddy Morgan, and Rhio to earn her shot against Leverkusen. This would mark Leverkusen’s final match for PROGRESS Wrestling as she got signed to WWE. Falcon is someone whom I can’t say enough good things about. She’s one of the most fun people to watch in the UK and is someone who fans absolutely adore. She has an incredibly bright future in the world of professional wrestling. Now, in Falcon’s first defense, she had a lot to prove. Most of all, she had to prove what kind of champion she was going to be. Would she be a fighting champion, or would she be a champion who does whatever it takes to retain her title, even using some underhanded tactics? One thing we knew for sure entering this one was that Falcon was going to have a very tall task in front of her. Rhio dropped the title to Leverkusen after holding it for 175 days. She was one of the most dominant champions in PROGRESS Wrestling history, and is one of the most dominant women to ever enter a PROGRESS Wrestling ring. Rhio is one of the best women’s wrestlers to come out of the UK. Looking at both women, this was a match made in heaven, and it lived up to the hype and then some. Go back and check this one out only on HookedOnWrestling. It’s very much worth it.
