Overall:  Epic was an excellent way for AAW to celebrate its eighth anniversary.  All three titles were showcased in quality matches, which was key on one of the biggest shows of the year.  Young, Cannon, Jacobs, and Elgin are all doing terrific jobs as champions and Lyndon, Irish Airborne, and Miller proved to be the right opponents for them, resulting in three great matches.  There’s also a fun exhibition highlighting the new team of Whitmer and Fitchett as well as a strong continuation of the Iron/Hollister feud.  Not only was the wrestling quality stellar – all of the storylines appear to be moving in a positive direction.  AAW is on a roll in 2012 and this anniversary show put an exclamation point of that fact.  Epic earns a high recommendation.
