Overall:  A Death Worse Than Fate was much more effective than the season premiere in generating interest in storylines and delivering in the ring.  While the match quality wasn’t extraordinarily high, there was something to enjoy in every match, with the atomicos being the highlight.  On the storyline side of things, this show will be remembered for the debut of the GEKIDO and the revealing of Delirious’ new direction.  Nothing on this show qualifies as “must see” but CHIKARA improved upon their season premiere with a fun show.  As a result, A Death Worse Than Fate receives a mild recommendation.
