The dream match between Leon Slater and Ricochet is no longer happening.
WrestleCon has announced that Leon Slater was pulled from his match against Ricochet at their Mark Hitchcock Memorial Supershow on April 16th in Las Vegas.
WrestleCon stated, “Despite being previously cleared by all parties and respective management, Leon Slater has been pulled from this match one week prior to our Memorial event. We will have more to say at a later time, but we wanted to be immediately transparent to all fans.”
TNA President Carlos Silva cited “partner conflicts” as the reason for talent being pulled. Leon Slater is the current TNA X-Division Champion, while Ricochet is currently signed to AEW. No replacement has been announced as of yet.
