Jerome Cusson and Justin Houston host a brand new edition of the podcast. What was supposed to be a discussion of DG USA and WWE turned into a nearly one hour conversation of DG USA, its positives and negatives. Justin gives his thoughts on the Pay-Per-View before the duo goes into a conversation about the Rahway results. They conclude by briefly going over some Raw wackiness. A fine way to send Jerome out before he leaves Chicago for a long weekend.

  1. Great analysis of the DGUSA business model and talents guys. While I don’t really agree with Justin in that I do find Sami Callihan remotely entertaining. I haven’t hated any of his stuff. But I can see that he really isn’t pushed in many prominent promotions so when he comes in, it almost feels like a jobber coming in. Yes in EVOLVE he is working his way up but that hasn’t translated to me into entertaining stuff.
Also Gabe seemingly has to see the numbers on the wall and he has to see that DGUSA has to start turning more heads towards it. Yes he has been doing a lot of podcasts, but there has to be more. He has to get the fans excited like he did for the early ROH shows. Get some people talking. Make DGUSA a brand instead of just feeling like it’s Dragon Gate guys coming to America to give us a few fun matches but that is it.
